The Department of Physiology and Biophysics operate a KrosFlow KR2i TFF System purchased through Spectrum/Repligen. This systems is designed to low volume, high concentration applications using Hollow Fiber filters. This system is fully automated to allow a process to run with user defined set points.
Users are expected to supply all consumeables specific for your experimental needs. Due to cost and the fact that these have direct contact with experimental sample. We prefer to protect the integrity of each filter. The following are the basic items needed.
