This Bioreactor/Fermenter will allow investigators to grow large scale cultures with the rigorous control of Temperature, pH and (O2 CO2 and N2) dissolved Gas Concentration. Sensor can be set to monitor volume levels to add media or inject anti-foam reagents. A pH electrode will monitor pH and either add CO2 or base to maintain pH levels. We have two separate vessel types. A 5-liter water jacketed vessel for Insect or mammalian cell cultures and a 10-liter vessel with heating blanket for Yeast or Bacterial cultures. Both culture vessels can be assembled, calibrated, filled before being autoclaved, Eppendorf / New Brunswick have a variety of tested protocols and published studies available on-line to assist investigators with experimental design.
