We recommend applying early during the cycle and submitting supplemental application materials as soon as possible. Our Admissions Committee reviews each applicant holistically. There are no GPA or standardized test score minimums. An application is complete and ready for review when we have the following:

Program: Aerospace Physiology (MS)
Admission to the Certificate in Aerospace Physiology program is available to students with an earned bachelor’s degree in the physical or biological sciences. Examples include successful completion (final GPA > 3.0) of a formal degree program in:
Allied Health Sciences (e.g. nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, etc.)
Exercise or sports physiology
Biology with additional coursework in human anatomy and physiology
An undergraduate degree (unspecified major) with additional formal coursework in Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Biochemistry, and Physics
Transcripts: Upload school-issued unofficial transcripts for ALL colleges and universities you have attended. If you have already graduated, your degree and conferral date must appear on your submitted documents. Electronic transcripts can be sent to apply-aero@case.edu. We recommend that students complete pre-requisite coursework they need to apply to the professional school programs of interest and at least the following:
One year of biology, physics, and English
Two years of chemistry including general and organic
Résumé/ CV: Include your professional activities during and after college.
Two (2) Letters of Recommendation: Two letters of recommendation supporting the applicant’s interest in aerospace physiology and aptitude for advanced graduate study in the field. The online application will request your recommenders’ contact information for electronic submission. We can also accept letters via Interfolio sent to apply-aero@case.edu.
Statement of Purpose: A Personal Statement demonstrating interest in the field and outlining how obtaining the Certificate in Aerospace Physiology will advance their career goals.
Application Fee: Pay the $50 application fee upon submission of your application.
International Applicants: If you are not a citizen of an English-speaking country or if your previous college or university degree was not taught primarily in English, please submit an English proficiency exam (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE).
